It should also be emphasized that physical activities have awesome benefits to those who engage in them such as; reducing blood pressure, weight management, reducing the risk of heart diseases, reducing the risk of diabetes, reducing the risk of stroke, reducing the risks of cancerous diseases in the body, reducing the risk of cognitive decline, reducing the risk of diseases in later life, improving bone and muscle strength, improving mental health, flexibility, fitness as well as the overall feeling of the general well being. Above all physical activities, support healthy growth and development.
